Volunteer at KUNM
Volunteer Positions
We have many volunteer opportunities from time to time.
On-air hosting, assisting local hosts of various programs, music programming, production, including radio theatre, digital recording, answering phones, mailing and distribution are just a few of the functions that make up KUNM community radio.
The prerequisite for becoming a KUNM volunteer? Enthusiasm, diligence and a willingness to give to your community! No experience? No problem. Take part and take pride in serving your community radio station, KUNM!
Rachel Kaub is our Operations Manager. You can email her for details about becoming a KUNM volunteer, or to ask about attending the next General Orientation on Sunday, July 18, 2010, from 4 until 5:30 p.m.
(The General Orientation is an introduction for anyone interested in volunteering at KUNM. Once you have been selected for particular duties at KUNM, we will provide any training required for you to succeed in your new position.)
