Wed. 4/20 at 7pm: The Blues Show celebrates National Poetry Month with a spotlight on Willie Dixon, the "Poet Laureate of the Blues," who wrote more than 500 blues songs in his lifetime, recorded by many blues luminaries including Muddy Waters, Howlin' Wolf, Koko Taylor, and many more.Tune in to get a grasp on Dixon's songwriting repertoire. Hear him as both bass player and solo performer, as well as many other blues artists interpreting his lyrics, performing his songs.
