KRQE-TV reports the Rio Rancho ballot includes nine amendments to the city charter and three city council positions.  In Santa Fe, voters will decide 4 city council seats along with choosing whether to approve bonds that would fund river drainage projects, a new fire station, and an expansion of city police department headquarters.  If approved, the bonds would result in a 2-point-6 percent increase in property taxes.
