10/24-Denver. "I say YES to the dress" says Addy, getting ready to take part in this year's Be Beautiful Be Yourself event.
9 year old Addy had spoken earlier to Women's Focus listeners from her home in Roswell, saying that she was hoping to wear a red dress at the event, when questioned by Susan Loubet. But, her mother reports that once she saw the dress in the three-way mirror, she found it totally OK that it wasn't red. Addy walked the runway escorted by actor Jamie Foxx at the event sponsored by the Global Down Syndrome Foundation. She had the time of her life, says her mother. The interview aired on 10/10.
