Some groups oppose limiting or slaughtering the population on the Montana side of the park. Other concerns include the spread of brucellosis from bison to cattle. Yellowstone management works with tribes to provide bison for consumption and raising herds. What are the keys to managing bison herds? Are tribes being included in the management process?
