The KUNM.org website is hosted by National Public Radio's Digital Services. This includes the secure online donation page which you reach from KUNM.org. When you click on the homepage button “Support this Station” you go to our online donation page at NPR Digital Services. The URL for the page will look like this,
To see more information on the security of your online transaction with KUNM, please click on the VeriSign logo in the top right corner of our pledge page data entry form. Transactions at this page are handled by PayPal, so we never actually see or store your credit card information. We do receive your name, address, phone numbers and related donation information.
Storage of Personally Identifiable Information
Your information is stored by KUNM in Blackbaud Hosting Applications highly-secured data center which has fully validated compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and the Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA DSS). The data center is SAS 70 Type II Certified, and is seeking SSAE 16 certification in 2012.
Information you provide in donations made by mail or phone calls to KUNM are also stored in Blackbaud’s offsite data center. The same goes for information you provide in donations to the KUNM Auction and Car Donation programs. This information is only accessible to a small number of qualified KUNM staff members. We do not see or store data in any other portion of our website, unless you are disclosing it in our public comments sections or in your e-mail correspondence to NPR and KUNM.
KUNM has not and will not share your email address, mailing address, phone numbers, or any other personally identifiable information with anyone, subject to applicable law.
