Wildlife Officials Unveil Recovery Plan for Mexican Spotted Owl

Albuquerque, NM – The U-S Fish and Wildlife Service today unveiled its recovery plan for the threatened Mexican Spotted Owl. This comes at a time when the Wallow Fire burning in eastern Arizona has likely destroyed much of the bird's habitat.
