Wildfires Contribute to Climate Change

Albuqueruqe, NM – The Wallow Fire has burned more than half a million acres in eastern Arizona. Ongoing research shows as forest fires become larger and more intense they emit more greenhouse gases into the atmosphere and cause more global warming.
