The Associated Press reports the following results. 

  • Amendment 1 - Judicial Commission
    462 of 1,510 precincts - 31 percent
    Yes, 238,133- 60 percent
    No, 159,182 - 40 percent

  • Amendment 2 - Increasing the qualifications of Public Regulation Commission Commissioners  
    462 of 1,510 precincts - 31 percent
    Yes, 326,855 - 82 percent
    No, 73,426 - 18 percent

  • Amendment 3 - Remove authority to charter and regulate corporations from the Public Regulation Commission and provide authority to charter corporations to the Secretary of State.
    461 of 1,510 precincts - 31 percent

  • Amendment 4 - Remove the regulation of insurance companies and others engaged in risk assumption from the Public Regulation Commission and place it under a Superintendent of Insurance Nominating Committee as provided by law.
