Radio Theater: Two Plays from the Womensworx Festival at the Vortex - Sunday, March 21st at 6:00 pm

In January, 2010, the Vortex Theatre in Albuquerque presented a festival of short plays by women playwrights from 7 states, directed by local women directors. As part of our Theatre from the Land of Enchantement Series we are presenting radio versions of two of these short plays, Paleta Man by Alex Finlayson about unexpected connections between people, and Hip Replacement by Kerry Gildea Beck about two aging rock stars. This will be followed by The Yellow Wallpaper by Charlotte Perkins Gilman.

The Yellow Wallpaper:
A restless woman is forced to live in a mysterious old house, where she discovers the horrors and the madness that can emerge from the most innocuous of patterns. From Chatterbox Audio Theatre.
