Opera at UNM

Fri. 11/4 at 8am: Opera is a unique art form. Music, voice, language, drama all converge on the stage.  UNM Department of Music Associate Professor Leslie Umphrey, Lecturer Sam Shepperson and several students share their thoughts on Opera. 

This episode of University Showcase was recorded in Keller Hall with music from past and future programs, including their fall concert, “Mozart: Mayhem and Madness.” Scheduled in Keller Hall November 11th. Jane Blume plans an interesting review of the opera arts with our guests.
