UPDATE 03/28/13:
A student-run New Mexico community college newspaper suspended after publishing an issue focusing on sex will be allowed to resume publication.
Central New Mexico Community College spokesman Brad Moore says the CNM Chronicle has been authorized Wednesday to continue operations immediately, and the papers will be returned to the stands.
The Albuquerque school had suspended publication of the CNM Chronicle on Tuesday, following the release of the sex issue. Administrators said the content, which included articles on sex toys, abstinence, and students' favorite sexual positions, was offensive and inappropriate for the school's mission.
Officials then took issues off campus stands.
In response, the University of New Mexico student newspaper, The Daily Lobo, announced it also would cease publishing "in solidarity" with CNM Chronicle staff and called the CNM Chronicle's suspension censorship.

Central New Mexico Community College has decided to temporarily pull the plug on its student newspaper.
The move was in response to the 12-page issue that hit stands and the Internet on Tuesday. Administrators say the content, which focused on sexual orientation and other topics related to sex, was offensive and not appropriate for the mission of the school.
College spokesman Brad Moore says the latest issue of the CNM Chronicle prompted complaints and administrators felt it was time to reevaluate the structure and oversight of the newspaper.
Moore says the college doesn't have a journalism program so it will be considering various options for training students how to run a newspaper.
The weekly publication is distributed to nearly 30,000 students, faculty, staff and other employees. Its annual budget of about $74,000 comes from the publicly funded college.
