El Paso. TX – In Mexico, the sight of a police officer doesn't always inspire a sense of security. On the contrary many Mexicans distrust their local police force. But the city's new police chief promises to change that. From the Fronteras Changing America Desk, Monica Ortiz Uribe reports the new chief plans to restore order and win the public's confidence.
