The Music Makers Relief Foundation Review
4/13 at 10pm: For the vast majority of musicians, the music industry just does not work. For most artists, gigs pay barely enough to cover expenses - and record companies are only interested in young acts that could sell millions of CDs.
Tim and Denise Duffy created The Music Makers Relief Foundation to raise awareness of these issues and help struggling musicians in need. This week, we've dedicated an entire show to their traveling review show.
We caught them at the 2011 Folk Alliance Conference in Memphis, Tennessee.
Plus, Guest Host, Barbara Ching, tells us more about The Blues and Country Music.
