MALDEF Files Lawsuit to Stop License Checks

A national civil rights organization says the governor of New Mexico acted unconstitutionally by requiring foreign nationals to prove they are residents of the state. As Monica Ortiz Uribe reports from the Fronteras Changing America Desk, the organization filed a lawsuit Wednesday.
