Wed. 3/5 11a: Actor Phillip Seymour Hoffman died of an apparent heroin overdose last month at his apartment in New York City. Heroin overdoses are a rising concern in cities and towns across the United States. Some tribes are facing the difficult challenge of addressing heroin addiction with limited resources for both law enforcement and treatment.
