Albuquerque, NM – Back at the beginning of this year's legislative session, Governor Bill Richardson gave his State of the State address, explaining his priorities for New Mexico this year.

KUNM asked what you think the state's priorities should be and today we continue our State of the State Commentary series with Mark Dunham.

He says the state doesn't have to start from scratch in order to extend Railrunner commuter train service to more New Mexicans.
