Fri. 4/8 at 10pm: Every year Afropop Worldwide treks to WOMEX to Europe to hear fantastic artists who have, for the most part, not broken out on the world stage.

We look back at ten years of WOMEX to

choose our favorite concerts--Hasna el Becharia from Algeria, Addis Acoustic from Ethiopia, Kenge Kenge from Kenya, Kasai All Stars from the Congo, and the once in a lifetime collaboration between Pakistani qawali star Faiz al Faix and flamenco star Duquende.

Along the way we visit with the artists and hear special acoustic performances off-stage.
