Dona Ana County Clerk Elect Lynn Ellins says the Bureau of Elections started going through the provisional ballots from State Senate District 37 yesterday. The race between Republican Senate Minority Whip Leonard Lee Rawson and his Democratic opponent Steve Fischmann is too close to call. As KRWG's Evan Woodward reports, the result of the election now depends on how the provisional ballots break.
