On Sunday afternoon demonstrators staged a mock citizens' arrest at Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld's home north of Taos. Organizers from the Action Coalition of Taos hauled a masked look-alike to the plaza to face charges of crimes against humanity before a crowd of over 300 that attended the rally.
